What Happens Next in Your Wellness Client Intake?
Thank you for submitting your required intake documents. Once all forms have been received, our team will carefully review your information to ensure your file is complete and all required documentation has been provided.
Intake Review & Approval
After your intake has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, session instructions, and any additional information needed to prepare for your scheduled service. If additional documentation or clarification is needed, a member of our team will contact you promptly to help prevent delays.
Preparing for Your Session
On the date and time of your appointment, please be available for your scheduled virtual or telephone session. We encourage clients to join from a quiet, private location with a reliable internet or phone connection.
