Teen Inclusion, Engagement & Support provides teens with a safe, judgment-free space to connect and feel supported. RWC TIES™ is an ongoing, non-clinical wellness support program for teens who can benefit from having a consistent, judgment-free person to talk to outside of their everyday circle.
Teens receive 2 private 30-minute wellness check-ins each week (approximately 8-10 sessions monthly) with an assigned Wellness Support Staff member whenever possible, helping create familiarity, consistency, and trust.
Sessions may focus on school stress, friendships, peer pressure, self-esteem, emotional wellness, communication, social connection, motivation, accountability, goal setting, life changes, feeling overwhelmed, loneliness, and simply needing someone to talk to. Guardian Sign up Required.

M.A.T.E.
For Senior residents
Standalone price $179/month per senior
Member Access to Togetherness & Engagement. Because everyone deserves someone to connect with. RWC MATE™ is an ongoing, non-clinical wellness support and companionship program designed for seniors, adults with disabilities, residents, and individuals who may experience loneliness, isolation, or simply benefit from consistent human connection.
Each member receives 2 private 30-minute wellness check-ins per week (approximately 8–10 sessions monthly) and an assigned Wellness Support Staff member whenever possible, allowing the member to build familiarity and consistency with the same support person.
Sessions may include friendly conversation, Virtual companionship, emotional wellness check-ins, social connection, accountability, wellness goals, routine or medication reminders upon request, and general everyday support.

AFTER CARE SUPPORT

Aftercare Connection & Engagement. Support shouldn't end at discharge. RWC ACE™ is a structured 90-day non-clinical aftercare program designed to help individuals stay connected and supported as they transition from hospital care, behavioral health or crisis services, treatment programs, residential services, or other structured care back into everyday life.
Participants receive 2 private 30-minute wellness check-ins each week (approximately 8-10 monthly), an assigned Wellness Support Staff member, wellness assessments and progress check-ins, accountability and goal support, resource connection, and priority access to additional same-day support when needed.
Support Access For Every Caregiver. Because caregivers need someone checking on them, too. RWC SAFE™ is an ongoing, non-clinical wellness support program created specifically for family caregivers, parents, guardians, and individuals providing ongoing care or support to a loved one. SAFE™ gives caregivers a private, judgment-free space to focus on their own wellness, not just the needs of the person they care for.
Members receive 4 private 30-minute wellness check-in sessions monthly, with an assigned Wellness Support Staff member whenever possible for consistency and continuity. Sessions may focus on caregiver burnout, emotional exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed, stress, isolation, work-life-caregiving balance, guilt, personal wellness goals, boundaries, accountability, self-care routines, and simply having someone to talk to who is focused on the caregiver.

Employee Access to Support & Engagement provides employers with a customizable, non-clinical wellness support program designed around the unique needs of their workforce.
EASE™ gives employees 24/7 access to a confidential, judgment-free space to connect, decompress, and receive support before everyday challenges become overwhelming. Services may include employee wellness check-ins, emotional support, stress-management conversations, accountability and goal support, same-day support, and general wellness connection.
Each enrolled employee receives two private 30-minute wellness support sessions per month, with an assigned Wellness Support Staff member whenever possible, to encourage consistency and continuity of support.
